Mariam Galstyan is a contemporary Armenian artist born and raised in Armenia. Mariam participated in several competitive exhibitions in Armenia, Russia, Romania, Egypt, Poland and India. Between 2000 and 2008 Mariam exhibited her works at events dedicated to the establishment of the UN, the 50th anniversary of the UNHCR, the Olympic Games in Romania, at Shankar’s International Competition in India, among others. After 6 years at the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts, Mariam holds a master’s degree in graphic arts. She lives and creates in Armenia, having held six solo exhibitions. Mariam is a member of Artists’ Union of Armenia. In 2021 she participated in Machanents International Art Symposium in Echmiatsin, and exhibited her work at Context Art Miami 2021.
